This Vicloon baking mat is made from food-grade silicone reinforced with fibreglass and is suitable for temperatures between -40 °C and 230 °C. The non-stick and anti-slip surface features measurement markings and conversion tables to assist with rolling out dough for pizza, bread or fondant. It measures 70 x 50 cm with a thickness of 0.4 mm and is dishwasher safe. The set includes one silicone baking mat, one silicone brush and one plastic dough scraper.
