This cold zone deep fat fryer is designed for frying with oil or fat and has a power output of 2000 W. It features a cold zone to prevent food residue from burning, which helps keep the oil or fat clean for longer. The thermostat is adjustable between 130 °C and 190 °C. The fryer has a 3 litre capacity and comes with a splash guard lid. The fat container, lid and frying basket are dishwasher safe, and the unit can be completely dismantled for cleaning.
