This ice cream maker attachment is designed for KitchenAid stand mixers with a tilt-head or bowl-lift design. The 1.9 L bowl requires 16 hours of freezing before use and prepares ice cream, gelato or sorbet in under 30 minutes. A rotating dasher inside the bowl ensures ingredients are mixed and scraped for even freezing. The set includes the 1.9 L bowl, dasher and drive assembly. The components are not dishwasher safe.
