This stainless steel deep fat fryer has a 1.5 litre capacity and 1000 W of power. It includes an OilCleaner filter to keep the oil clean after each use. The temperature is adjustable up to 190 °C, with recommended settings of 170 °C for fish and vegetables and 190 °C for potatoes and frozen food. The unit features an enamelled container that is dishwasher safe, overheat protection, a cable tidy and indicator lights for operation and temperature.
